Online Appointments
- Online appointments, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled by the patient.
- Patients are requested to report to the designated hospital counter at least 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time along with the appointment confirmation (SMS or email). Failure to report on time may be treated as a "No Show.",
- Appointment slots are provisional and may change depending on the doctor's availability and duty schedule.
- Change of doctor is not permitted for confirmed online appointments.
- For appointments booked at least 48 hours in advance, one request for rescheduling may be considered if submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Appointments booked within 24 hours of the consultation time cannot be rescheduled.
- Meditrina Hospital and the concerned doctor reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments whenever necessary. Patients will be informed through phone call, SMS, or email.
- If Meditrina Hospital cancels or reschedules an appointment, any applicable consultation fee paid online will be refunded. However, the hospital shall not be liable for any indirect expenses, losses, or damages arising from such cancellation or rescheduling.
- Appointment timings may be modified to accommodate emergency medical cases.
- Patients are requested to carry their appointment confirmation while visiting the hospital.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Once an online payment has been successfully completed, cancellations are generally not permitted.
- In the event of duplicate or incorrect payments, patients may contact the Hospital Administration or Accounts Department with proof of payment for refund processing.
- Eligible refunds will normally be processed within 10 - 15 working days , subject to payment gateway and banking procedures.
