At Meditrina Pulmonology Centre, we provide a range of diagnostic and treatment solutions for conditions like asthma, pneumonia, tuberculosis, and other severe chest or respiratory difficulties for children and adults. This Centre of Excellence at our tertiary referral centre in Meditrina Hospital is open for local, domestic and international patients from all walks of life.

Our specialist team can handle any respiratory, lung or sleep disorder problems. The department has successfully treated critically ill patients with severe COPD, Asthma, Pneumonia and ARDS with Type1 & 2 respiratory failure with NIV and Mechanical Ventilation. Fiber optic bronchoscopy is available for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. The unit also provides domiciliary care services including home ventilation, CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) Therapy and LTOT (Long Term Oxygen Therapy). Post Covid management is also being provided. Adult vaccination, including influenza and pneumococcal, are being given as per guidelines. Pulmonary rehabilitation services are available for patients with respiratory disease, as an attempt for improvement of quality of life for the patient.
